Broker's Comments

This CHB 45 Pilothouse Trawler is great design for Northwest boating in all seasons. The raised pilothouse provides terrific visibility while underway.

The boat appears to have had excellent care, and the owners have made some very attractive additions with the pilothouse settee and the bar in the salon.

She has been cruised extensively in the Portland Oregon area and has been up the Columbia River into Idaho...

The engine compartment is well-organized and clean. The Perkins engines were installed new in 1998 and show evidence of good care (see photos!). Extras include an Onan generator and Espar heat. During winters the sellers have kept the boat in covered fresh water moorage. A great live aboard vessel as demonstrated by the owners living on the boat during the past ten summers.
