Built of riveted steel in 1915 as a lightship for the Humber Estuary this craft is now a ketch rigged sailing barge. It was converted in 1987 to resemble a "Goole Billy Boy", a type of commercial sailing barge which traded around the Humber and East Coast. 10 years later its accomodation was refurbished.
After that it offered residential cruises on the Humber with ventures to Holland, Scotland and South East England. In 2000 it circumnavigated Britain.
Used as a live aboard for the past 4 years it offers extensive accomodation including 2 forward cabins, 1 large aft double cabin, large galley area and living area.
The owner is looking to downsize and would consider an inland waterways motor cruiser in part exchange.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
