This boat has a hull made from solid teak of a thickness which would no longer be possible. It is basically a live-on-board boat with high ceilings and space and would suit someone who would like to make it their special project as there is a lot of potential and possibilities for her and she has character. She is apparently in complete working order and would therefore make a good but mobile base in the area.
