We are pleased to bring to market this lovely, bespoke fully-fitted wide-beam from the highly respected Aintree Boat Co.
She comprises a very well planned kitchen with light oak units, gas hob and double oven/grill; leading to a spacious lounge/saloon with multi-fuel stove.
The walkway to the starboard side of the boat leads to a beautifully fitted bathroom, complete with corner shower, electric flush toilet, washbasin and, not to be missed, a full sized bath!
Next is a smaller walk-in wardrobe/changing room, which could easily be converted to a second bedroom.
Last but not least, in the bow of the boat is the full double bedroom with plenty of space to walk around both sides of the bed and leads to the bow seating area which, like the stern, benefits from a full canopy.
All in all, very tastefully designed and decorated, she benefits from diesel central heating, electric immersion as well as calorifier and has all mod -cons you'd expect in a home ashore.
I can highly recommend an early viewing.
