Broker's Comments

The Seal 22 is a seaworthy and easy to handle day sailer, with potential for trailering. With the lifting keel it also makes an ideal boat for exploring the shallows. An interesting and useful feature of the Seal 22 is the large companionway entrance; there is no bulkhead and the boat therefore opens up to form an “inner cockpit” - an ideal place to get out of the weather, whilst keeping a look out. This innovative design feature also creates a larger interior than other boats of a similar size, providing four berths and six at a pinch!

On visiting the boat, I was struck by the upkeep and simplicity of controls. This tidy pocket cruiser would be ideal for exploring rivers and coastlines and suitable for anybody starting or looking for carefree sailing.
