Broker's Comments

Very impressive one owner, light weight, rigid fast cat in excellent order throughout offering 12/13 knot sailing abilities and 10 knots under power.
Simple, bright spacious living area with good headroom throughout the boat.
This boat was conceived from plans by an Australian architect, with slight modifications to suit the current owner, ie single helm etc. A kit was then ordered from ATL and she was then built by professional boat builders SV marine in Tunisia and later finished in Luxemburg. The owner recently had the bathing platform extended and fuel tanks replaced for two 200 litres in instead of one 400 litres. at a total cost of 32000 Euros
She is now for sale due to the owners change in circumstances. He is not getting the opportunity to use her as in the past.
The boat also has copper-coat anti fouling from new.
The construction is Composite balsa injected with resin epoxy polymerized in a hot press process, basically the same as Sodebo B&Q/ Castorama etc

Construction monolithique. Intérieur sans vaigrage en époxy laqué.

Commentaires :
