Broker's Comments

You don't see mile munchers of this quality come up often, what an exciting boat! From the board of Simonis Voogt, it does not take a genius to work out what this beauty is for: fast, fun offshore sailing. This particular one was born in 2008 and shortly after competed in the Cape-Bahia Race before cruising fast up the Americas coasts and being shipped back to the UK. Here she was raced for a few years before being laid up ashore between 2012 and 2016. She re-emerged on the iRC scene in 2016 with a full handicap measure and weigh and has been raced for the last couple of seasons before regretfully being put up for sale.

This is a custom boat with some natty features including a CAN-BUS distributed electrical system, an eminently practical layout, larger than standard tankage, electric halyard winch and a huge fridge! This and her pedigree lines make her an excellent offshore campaigner or fast cruiser if you fancy getting to distant shores with speed and comfort. Overall she is in fine fettle with just a few minor details to be sorted and some paint to titivate, it's obvious that she has only really been in commission for a little over half her life.

The owners are very keen to sell so this truly is an impressive boat for not a lot of money, Im only hoping the next lucky owners need crew for a delivery!
