Comentario del broker
A spacious broads cuiser that has been well taken care of by her current owners. There are 2 heads, 3 sleeping cabins, 2X double and 1X V berth and an additonal two doubles can be made up in the saloon and cockpit, this boat would be ideal for large families or as a liveaboard.
In her time with her present owners they have made several upgrades including

Included in the sale are 1X 16" TV, 1X 28" TV, DVD player, freeview satellite & two dishes, analougue TV ariel and 4X life jackets. All the additional bar stool seats in the cockpit are also included in the sale along with folding tables for cockpit and saloon.
The broads toll has been paid up until 1st April 2022, boat safety certifcate valid until 06/03/2025 and the mooring has been paid up until 1st November 2021 and may be available to be taken over by new owner.
