Broker's Comments
Built as a Broads Cruiser the DC 30 offers 5 berths in 2 cabins.
In 2012 she had a new full size cooker, new electric toilet, fridge with icebox, carpets and upholstery.
She was last out of the water in 2013 when the hull was pressure washed, painted and re antifouled.
The engine has been serviced regularly and was last done in Sept 2015.
