Connected to mains water and electricity.
The Hull topsides are insulated with 75mm Cellotex foil backed foam. The top of the boat is covered in plastic coated steel cladding that has a layer of 100mm thick polystyrene under it for insulation. Under the moisture resistant laminate floor there is a layer of 25mm polystyrene.

Comentario del broker
This Bahama Broads Cruiser has been converted to a houseboat it does not have an engine. It is a part finished project. The galley area has been fitted out, the bathroom fittings are in place but not fully fitted. The boat has been insulated and a laminate floor laid; it also has new wiring and plumbing.
The mooring (near Maldon in Essex) for this houseboat is available; but this is subject to agreement with the land owner.
Please Note: This boat is on a private mooring and access is strictly by prior arrangement through Boatshed Essex.
