Comentario del broker
This is a lovely example of these popular forward drive cruisers which has been well maintained and improved by her current owners. Outside she is well presented, with a new re paint and anti foul carried out in 2017 There are front and rear well covers which were new in 2018.
Inside she is spacious with a double cabin to the rear with new wall and floor carpeting 2015. The galley has been refitted 2018 with a new isotherm 12v fridge added early 2019. Heads is to port with shower and jabsco manual toilet, serviced 2018. The saloon is spacious and benefits from new carpeting 2019 and a brand new multi fuel stove which has been installed to BSS standards and never used, all it requires is for the chimney (included in the purchase - see pictures) to be attached. In addition she also benefits from Eberspacher warm air heating, so can truly be enjoyed whatever the weather!
Mechanically she has been well taken care of with the engine last serviced in November 2018, at which time the raw water filters, hoses, and impeller were replaced. The starter motor was replaced in 2016 and the alternator and ignition switch replaced early 2019. The stern gland has been re-packed in 2017 and hoses for the hydraulic drive system have also been renewed.
There are 5 batteries on board, one starter battery and two domestic charged from the aft solar panel and a further two domestic for the fridge charged by the larger forward solar panel. The wiring is tidy and has had new 12v relays and voltage regulators fitted 2019. Shore power supplies 3 double sockets, one in the aft cabin and two in the saloon.
Overall she is very much ready to go for the season and the onboard power supplies and solar panels make her suitable for year round cruising both on and off grid. Broads river tax paid until April 2020 and Boat Safety until January 2023.
