Comentario del broker
A well presented Birchwood 25 and a really good example of these very popular cruisers which is in good condition and a credit to the current owners. Ideal for a family, river and estuary cruising.
It has an open plan spacious interior. New cockpit seats and new upholstery in the fore cabin and cockpit seating, also a new canopy!
The low air-draft allows navigation under most bridges and is an ideal first buy or for the more experienced.
The dinghy is available with the engine by further negotiation with the owners. She has a current BSC until the 25th May 2023.
The mooring may be available by negotiation with the Marina management. Antifouled this year!
The build year is circa 1981 but not before 1980.
