Comentario del broker
This is a particulary fine example of these popular aft cockpit cruisers. She has been in private ownership throughout her life, coming to the broads from the cambridge waterways. Her current owners have spent in the region of £40,000 on a complete interior re fit including moving bulkheads back to create larger saloon.
Other work carried out includes:
Bathroom bulkheads covered 2019
Rubbing strakes repaired and re-varnished 2019
New galley with integrated cooker and composite worktops 2018
Front cabin bunks and cushions new 2016
New saloon headlining 2016
Bow thruster new 2015
New rudder shaft 2014
She has been anually lifted for an antifoul and engine service (records available), last done April 2019.
The exterior gelcoat is in good condition and she has pulpit rails and pushpit rails for ease of boarding stern on. All the deck fittings (fender eyes, cleats) have been replaced with a full new set of ropes and fenders, new canopy and dodgers and all the exterior woodwork has been re varnished. Two new stainless steel mudweights.
Inside she is very neat and well presented, all the interior wood has been re-varnished in the last 12 months and in excellent condition. She has numerous chrome 240v sockets throughout the boat, supplied by shore power or inverter. The saloon has been re-lined and all the foam and upholstery replaced with a new cocktail cabinet added behind the seat. The shower room/heads has been refitted with mermaid board and looks particularly sleek. There are lots of little touches throughout the boat, such as a water tank gauge, 12v sockets for phone charging at the helm and the saloon table, low wattage tube heater in aft cabin and LED lighting throughout that show that a lot of thought has been put into user experience during the re fit.
There is a spacious cockpit area with two level seating/sun loungers with fridge in companionway. New navy and white teak marine carpeting, new foam and upholstery in cockpit with table, additional wired speakers and a new walnut effect wheel with rudder indicator.
She is powered by a Mercedes OM 636 43hp and has 4 batteries on board, one starter battery, one just for the fridge and two domestic batteries. There are 2 trickle battery chargers on board and a new sterling inverter. She also benefits from Eberspacher warm air heating.
River tax until April 2020 and BSS certificate valid until December 2020. Overall she is a much improved and well maintained boat, very much ready to enjoy for the season. Dinghy with outboard and generator also available and can be included with the right offer.
