Great access form the swim platform onto the well protected aft cockpit. Luxurious outdoor saloon with a transformable dinette, washbasin, bar fridge an ice maker. Comfortable helm position with full dashboard, nav station and all protected by a full cockpit cover. Access to the foredeck from the cockpit by an open window, directly onto the large 3 person sun bathing platform.
Access to the interior, on the starboard a dinette and a single berth and on port side, a galley with micro wave, 2 electric hob, and a fridge freezer (12V & 220V).
Heads further on the starboard, with shower, handbasin and manual heads.
Further down, the owner's cabin (central berth 180x2m). And on the aft, a smaller cabin with double berth.

A 1997 well maintained motor cruiser by a meticulous owner. Ideal as a "pieds-a-terre" in central paris but also comfortable for 4 to 6 for cruising coastal navigations.
Mooring could be transferable under request at the capitainerie.
