Broker's Comments

An interesting, partially complete, Dutch Barge / Houseboat. She has never has an engine or helm though there is no reason I can see why they can't be added if wanted. Refitted and totally overplated in 1980 she has a good hull survey dated June 2011. While she does need work to finish her she represents a good and already usable base to work from.
A leisure mooring may be negotiated where she lies or she can be moved with a tow.
