Access via wheel house with a good headroom of over 2m. Could be transformed into a great saloon with views. Access to a bright aft cabin, ex boatman cabin with 1.85m headroom, currently used as a utility room with washing machine, dryer and an office. The double bed is used as storage for the moment (140X190 berth). From the wheelhouse going forward into the main room, headroom 2,12m, lots of light with a open galley into the saloon. The sofa bed converts into a double bed for occasional guests. On the port side a hall leads to the forward double cabin with independent bathroom and separate heads.
Forepeak access from the bathroom through a watertight door leading to a utility room with a safe.
Diesel fired central heating through out the boat.

Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this Luxemotor barge for sale in France. A live aboard barge for sale in the Paris area with accommodation for a family of 4. Two separate cabins, lots of potential in this Luxemotor.
Could be made-over to bring her up to a luxury floating home or pied-à-terre.
Or with new engine installed a confortable cruising home. Note that the present engine is unserviceable could possibly be repaired by a knowledgeable owner or replaced by a local yard.
Her size will allow her to navigate most of the French waterways except the nivernais.
Certificat Communautaire (TRIWV) valid to 2022.
Present Paris area mooring could be transferrable.
