The last boat built by Lee & Stort Cruises and they went out in style. Lovingly maintained with great cruiser stern and good foredeck with cratch. good windows and very reasonable paintwork. Last blacked Oct 2008

Entering through the double doors from the well deck is a nice lounge/dining are with sofa and fold down table. There are two corner cupboards.
Open plan kitchen with cooker basin, gas/electric fridge and gas hot water heater. Plenty of work surface and storage.
The cassette toilet and basin are in one compartment starboard and the shower and hip bath in another to port. However, the doors will also open across the corridor to form on full-width bathroom - clever design.
The rear cabin has two single beds either side of the aisle. These were originally bunks both sides, and could be reinstated as such.

What a lovely little boat. She may be an old one, but she is a good one.
Built to last by Lee & Stort Cruises.and last she has. The hull and superstructure look good. The engine is relatively new. She has been loved and cared for and will serve a new owner well as a weekender or extended cruiser.
The beautiful mooring at Hallingbury Marina could be available to the new owner by arrangement with the management.
