Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this 45ft Narrowboat for sale with mooring in Hertfordshire.
Built in 1986 this Trad stern narrowboat with character is well priced and would make a great first boat for the right person, or live-aboard. The boat is well laid out with a real feel of spaciousness. The boat is also equipped with multi-fuel stove and central heating, mains electric hook up and water pump. Her last survey was April 2022 with all works completed. She has been lightly used by the current owners and professionally maintained.
The mooring is transferable with the sale with the agreement of the marina operator and subject to a transfer fee.
