Entering through the side hatch amidships into a lobby area with a second side hatch opposite.
Forward of this is the well laid out kitchen with sink, stove, Shoreline 12volt fridge and plenty of storage and worktops.
The front cabin is a comfortable and spacious area with two sofas which double as beds. There is plenty of room for a small table and chairs etc as well. Double doors to covered cratch with windows. There is also a spare winter cratch cover.
Moving aft from the centre side hatch, there is a bathroom with wet-room shower, cassette toilet and basin.
Aft of this is a bedroom with fixed double with storage under and a wardrobe.. Door to engine room and rear deck.
There is heating from a solid fuel stove and two radiators. The radiators can also be heated by the Eberspacher diesel boiler which also provides hot water. Water heating is also done by the engine calorifier.

A really good-looking live-aboard canal boat, which would also make a great leisure and holiday boat. Comfortable and well heated with sleeping for 4, it is a good family boat..
