Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this 65ft Narrowboat for sale with mooring at Apsley Marina in Hemel Hempstead.
Built in 1982 and beautifully fitted out internally, this boat is ideally suited for an individual or couple who want the security of a permanent mooring.
The boat has been recently surveyed (May 2016) and the hull was also coated in epoxy at the same time so the boat won't need to be lifted for at least five years now.
All the rooms are bright and airy with a great feeling of space thanks to lots of large windows and a massive skylight in the galley. The 'cottagey' feel of this boat really sets it apart and the fixed fireplace is also a unique feature amongst narrowboats.
The mooring at Apsley Marina is transferable to the new owner and the nearest train station is only 5 mins walk away making this a great option for someone working in Watford or London. Current mooring fees are roughly £4,000 p.a.
