Comentario del broker
This is a nice example of the very popular Nauticus 27 Cruiser. The owner only bought her last year but his circumstances have changed and he now lives a long way off from the marina.
The boat was in the water when the present owner bought her last year from another marina and he does not know when it was last anti fouled so I'm guessing that is needs doing really. The boat is presently on the Lancaster Canal but previously she was based on the Leeds Liverpool at Scarisbrick.
((The boat has just been reduced as there is a leaky sink pipe, a leaky ceiling hatch and leaky front windows that need resealing.))
The marina mooring on the Lancaster Canal is available with the boat, subject to separate negotiation with the marina.

There is also a saloon table under the seating which can be put out into the central saloon area. BSC valid until May 2025.
