Here is a beautiful widebeam houseboat suited for the hi-tech person. Everything fitted is the best and set to make life as easy as possible.

Alexa controls the lighting, and colour-changing LED mood lights. The shower temperature can be set before you step in. Heating is through electric radiators in each cabin. The galley is fitted with a moon sparkle worktop, Bosch ceramic hob and multi-function oven/microwave. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer are all built-in. Security is assured by a burglar alarm and camera that streams pictures directly to your phone!

This boat was built to commission three years ago and fitted out by a fastidious owner who wanted to create the best. She comes with no engine, but space below the traditional aft deck for one to be fitted. She is powered by a mains 240V (metered) electrical supply for all functions on board.

BSS is current until December 2020 and the bottom was painted with 2-pack paint just over a year ago.

She comes with a Residential Mooring available and is located ten minutes walk from Hemel Hempstead rail station.
