Broker's Comments

We are very pleased to list this classic Humber Conservancy vessel.
Built by Brookes of Lowestoft in 1958 and was in service maintaining the buoys and light vessels on the Humber right up to 1991.

She is on the National Register of Historic Ships, No. 2111.

She's built from teak on oak and is hence quite low maintenance. The woodwork is totally unspoiled but has been well maintained and updated as required.

She has a good-sized, light and airy wheelhouse, nicely upholstered seating/day bed. Below decks, she has a saloon/cabin, with two large sofas/beds, a cooker and a galley area. A separate Heads/WC is forward, as is the chain locker. Upholstery was new in 2014. Blown air heating was added in 2019.

Powered by a fantastic Gardner 6LW that happily does the 4 knots at just 450 revs!
The engine room also has a wealth of spares and a small workshop area.
