Broker's Comments

This is a nice example of the popular Fisher ketch motorsailer. She is an original "Caribbean", but sometime in the past, a wheelhouse has been added.

Renowned for their seakeeping ability and good accommodation, with standing headroom throughout, she can comfortably sleep five people making them ideal for family cruising.

Whilst much of the boat has been upgraded in recent years (see details), she does need a little TLC to get her back to her high standard.

She's powered by a good-sized engine too - a Mermaid Merlin 2.5l giving 70hp. which was installed in 1991 - she only has a little over 500hrs on her.

These boat details are subject to contract.
The mooring may be available but by separate negotiation with the marina.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
