We are pleased to offer this nearly new, bespoke houseboat, on behalf of the Owners.

She is built from composite wherever possible, with Kingspan insulation, making her quite cosy.

She comprises a very light saloon/lounge, with bi-fold doors to the outside deck, and a galley kitchen. The sofa bed makes another double too.

Down the short corridor is a lovely wet room style shower room, with an electric toilet, washbasin and large walk-in shower.

At the end is the main bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. There is also a large window/door to the bedroom providing beautiful views downriver.

Outside, there is a pull-down walkway access to the sundeck, with plenty of room for sun loungers and BBQ.

This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a bespoke home at a fraction of the cost of a 1-Bed appt, that can be moved more or less anywhere.
