Broker's Comments
This is a very nice looking example of the popular Hunter Legend model.
With a full height cockpit canopy, she can be enclosed to all weathers. She spent the first 9 years on Lake Windermere and was only exposed to the sea in 2012.
Very well kept both topsides and below decks, with plenty of room for 5/6 people on board. She has a good sized and equipped galley to port, as well as aft cabin; nav station and full heads & shower to starboard.
The saloon table is movable into various positions, giving an additional double berth, or ample room to seat six for a meal. Forward v-berth also has good height and space.
She is well worth taking a closer look at to appreciate what's on offer!
The berth may be available but would incur a berth transfer fee of 5% of sale price, payable directly to British Waterways Marinas Ltd.
