Broker's Comments
This very popular Broads cruiser will make a great starter boat but is a bit of a project - though she'd be fine to take to the water once she's been antifouled!
Large aft cockpit, leading to main cabin, with toilet/shower to port and galley to starboard. Midships large saloon and seating, with a spacious V-Double forward.
She will need someone to look at the fridge, heating and calorifier and shower, as none of these work at the moment.
With a little time and effort, she could be back to her original condition and is priced accordingly.
