Broker's Comments
This fabulous Broads cruiser is in lovely condition. The current owners bought her from her original Owner who had her specially commissioned and used her extensively on the northern waterways. She is equally at home on canal or river.
She has comfortable accommodation for 2/4 people, with a very spacious saloon and full heads and has been very well maintained by her current Owners.
She is currently on a great berth at the marina, which would also be available (by separate negotiation with the yard) and is paid up for the next year! Her waterways licence is also paid for the next 12 months, so she really is a bargain!
The Owners would also consider Part-Exchange on this boat.
