This is a lovely, one bed, live-aboard, with the potential of a mooring in the much sought after Leeds Dock (to be negotiated).
Only just completed to a high standard, it comprises double forward, midships full sized bathroom and large aft fitted kitchen. Full central heating, by diesel, is included.
She has a 25hp outboard, which would be centrally mounted, should you wish to move her.
With house prices in Leeds as they are, I can highly recommend taking a closer look at this one!
